Dr Shanti Shanti c to train you to teach yoga to people with health conditions. As teachers, we have been trained to teach yoga to healthy people. But as the interest in yoga increases, so do the complexities of our students.
The courses will give you the tools to help those who do not necessarily suit a general class and will develop your language and understanding to work with those with specific needs as well as with their doctors and healthcare professionals.

Wahe Guru all round.
“I found Dr. Shanti Shanti to be a truly gifted and compassionate teacher, who is able to put everyone at ease. Her dedication to her seva of serving through bringing this course into fruition, is so evident, and I found it made her extremely approachable. She is able to get you into the actual sensation of the topic she is teaching, without it feeling like a tutorial. The group dynamics were amongst the best I’ve yet attended. Overall this is the best workshop I’ve attended. I believe together with the blend of location, the amazing food, flowed through into the wellbeing and nurturing of all those attending.” Onkar Kaur
